Since then “blogger” has not been updated by Google, and I have felt that they will shut it down eventually as they did with any other unpopular product. Google never does anything for free, unfortunately.<br /> You can find old articles here: <a href="http://b.mammadov.org">http://b.mammadov.org</a></p> <p>I didn’t write there for a long time.</p> <p>For the last 4-5 years, I am doing less by myself more by my team. I had a lot of meetings, discussing things and how they should be done in the right way.</p> <p>I have decided to continue my writings and share my thoughts on some problems.</p> <p>They will be either in English, sometimes in Russian.</p> <p>I have been looking for a reliable and straightforward blog engine to host on my own, something like “setup and forget” and finally found <a href="https://blogengine.ru/">Aegea</a>. I like it. It has everything I need to write my posts, share ideas, code syntax highlighting and design simplicity.</p> <p>I have also considered <a href="https://ghost.org/">Ghost</a>, but it is not that simple as I need, but still not bad, if you like to get your hands dirty.<br /> I was also playing with Notion — it was very promising with their desktop and mobile apps, but I didn’t like it. The way you write, share stories, even URLs, was so different for me.</p> <p>I wanted something simple.</p>
